Netflix Binge-watching
I began my Netflix binge when I was just a young boy, I believe it was shortly after my tenth birthday, and I had gotten a Netflix free trial as a present. I was astonished at the amount of shows that were available to me, so I in a daze of Netflix inspired euphoria, started to watch Total Drama, which was a show from Cartoon Network parodying pseudo-reality game shows. I watched for eight hours straight before I noticed what time it was. I felt amazing. Over the years I have spent far too many of my days binge-watching Netflix. I do not regret those days. Neither will I regret the next binge-watching session I have, where I will most likely be watching House Of Cards, a political soap-opera following a senator in his ruthless quest for power in Washington.
Comedy
I began walking the long road of Comedy when I was barely able to talk. As a young child I struggled to find the mystical element known as comedy, often searching for it in the middle seats of my dad's minivan on the way to various stores and restaurants. Sadly, I altogether failed to strike comedic gold.
I truly don't believe that I found any success in comedy until in the later part of fifth grade, when I modified me and my brother's iPod to make Apples' AI, Siri, to refer to the user as 'Idiot', so two days later when my brother asked Siri a math question, it called him 'Idiot'. Both me and my brother burst into laughter as a result of the AI calling him an Idiot. I started doing comedy regularly after that moment.
Comedy first came to my aid shortly after the first quarter of my sixth grade school-year, when I, on my first day at a new school, when I made a few quick jokes that prompted former classmates of mine, John and Dakota to ask me to sit at their lunch table. We've been friends ever since.
I used comedy even more frequently after that, even up until today, where each day I am becoming increasingly sure that I want to devote my life to making jokes and becoming a professional stand-up comedian.

Video gaming
Yes, I admit it, I'm a huge nerd. What are you going to do about it? Anyway, like I was saying. I've been drawn to video games since I was about six years old, when was given a PlayStation 1 by an old friend of me and my brother's. On the PlayStation, I had no preference in games, and was just happy to be playing video games in the first place. It wasn't until when I bought a PlayStation 2 that I gained a preference for any specific type of games. That first preference? Open-world first-person-shooters (think GTA). The preference was gained as a result of me playing GTA: San Andreas on my PS2. I played San Andreas for roughly one-hundred hours before I acquired an Xbox 360 for my birthday in my sixth grade year of school. I quickly developed a preference for role-playing games on the Xbox 360, primarily due to my acquiring of Skyrim, a game I have played for far too many hours. After playing far too many games on the Xbox 360 for me to list, the Xbox's disc reader broke, early in my eighth grade school year. After the Xbox's disc reader broke, I simply didn't play videogames for a few months, until I got a new laptop on Black Friday. On the laptop, I have yet to develop a particular preference for any specific type of video game, and do not intend to develop a specific preference. I intend to spend a fare amount of time playing videogames on the laptop, and eventually get a controller for the laptop, so that I may play it's games on the TV with ease.
